Order Processing
How long does processing take?
All on-hand orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Will i receive tracking info?
Yes! Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be sent to the email used at checkout.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Some collections may be offered as pre-order drops. If an item is labeled as a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe will be listed in the product description.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! HausofLashé proudly offers worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

My package says delivered but I can’t find it.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer. According to our policy, NuebyNu is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or delivery location first. If your package cannot be located, you may file a claim directly with USPS here:

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at: hausoflashe.contact@gmail.com

Are your products true to size?
Yes, most items run true to size unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Will sold out items restock?
Some bestsellers may restock, but many HausofLashe drops are limited edition.

How do your sets fit?
Most HausofLashe pieces are designed with a soft, body-hugging fit and stretchy fabrics for comfort and movement.
